The external facades have been uniquely designed with a central tapering centre at the top of the building, which offers an elegance complementing the Adelaide skyline. SKY FACADES proudly undertook the design and construct of all of the facade works on this project
This included over 900 openable punch windows within the precast, complete with combination external vertical sunshades and prism shaped sunhoods (that were all installed into the precast off-site saving the builder both time and money); automated glazed smoke relief louvres to all levels and extensive double height shopfront glazing to the ground floor.
