SKY FACADES is playing a key role in the development of the exciting new Victoria Tower project situated on Grote Street, opposite the Adelaide Central Market, enhancing its overall appeal with an impressive exterior.

The facade of Victoria Tower showcases a captivating architectural design, blending distinctive elements such as feature brick, precast concrete, and glass, complemented by 800m2 of eye-catching perforated aluminium ‘Dragon Scale’ screening. Additionally, the lower levels feature a striking aluminium and glass curtain wall.

For the residential floors, a high-performance 9,000m2 Window Wall system is employed, all louvred openings have been omitted in place of incorporation within the Window Wall framing, to enhance the building’s visual coherence.
Furthermore, SKY FACADES is contributing a distinctive feature glazed canopy along Grote Street, seamlessly integrated into the shop front facade. This incorporates a combination of glass, brick walls, steel structures, and louvred doors, adding to the architectural richness of the development.
